About the vendor

Lisa Valmorbida first experienced real gelato with her Nonno when she visited her family’s Italian hometown, Vicenza. After years of experience working in Melbourne’s best restaurants, Lisa packed her bags and travelled to Carpigiani Gelato University in Italy to learn from the world’s best. From there, recipes were tried and tested, evolved and perfected, and she brought them home to her own gelaterias, located in the heart of Carlton’s Little Italy and Windsor. Part kitchen, part retail store, Lisa uses the finest seasonal ingredients for her gelato, handmade each day. Pidapipo will be serving every Thursday through till Sunday.
